Q: When do I sign Funding Documents? Answer: Generally, a couple of weeks prior to the car arriving at the dealership.

Q: Do I get any warranties? Answer: Yes, as you are purchasing a UK sourced vehicle, your warranties are exactly the same as if you order the car from your local dealership. This means that the manufacturer will pay any UK main dealer of your choice to do warranty work.

Q: Where do I get the car serviced? Answer: At any main dealership of your choice anywhere in the UK.

Q. Who is responsible for insuring the vehicle? Answer. The vehicle must be insured by the user on a fully comprehensive basis. We would advise you to be certain of how long you require the vehicle.

Q. Can I terminate the contract early if I want to? Answer: Yes. You may terminate the contract at any time before the due date but this may incur penalties. We would endeavour to keep any costs to a minimum. The industry norm is 50% of outstanding rentals. This is a guideline only.

Q. Can I swap the vehicle for any other, mid-term? Answer: Yes. we can organise this for you, but the original contract must be terminated and therefore charges may apply.

Q. Can I change the contract terms and mileage mid-term? Answer:  This is possible under certain types of contract. Advice will be given at the time of request.

Q. Can I buy the vehicle at the end of the contract? Answer: Yes. There are no restrictions for personal contract hire, but business users would need to buy the vehicle through a third party, at market value at the time.
